Epione — in Greek mythology, the goddess of soothing pain and wife of Asclepius, the god of medicine — is the inspiration behind our clinic's name and founding mission.
Epione Pain Center was founded by Dr. Eiman Rahimi, a fellowship-trained pain medicine specialist, with a singular purpose: to provide patients suffering from chronic and complex pain with the highest standard of expert, compassionate care available in Ontario.
Situated at 2115 Finch Ave, Richmond Hill, ON, our clinic brings together a multidisciplinary team of pain specialists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and psychologists under one roof — delivering truly integrated care that addresses every dimension of pain.
We believe that every patient deserves a partner in their healing journey. From your first consultation to long-term management, our team walks alongside you with transparency, expertise, and genuine compassion.
Serving Richmond Hill and the Greater Toronto Area with advanced, evidence-based pain management.
We believe lasting relief comes from treating the whole patient — not just the source of pain.
Every treatment recommendation is grounded in current clinical evidence and best-practice guidelines. We do not offer unproven therapies.
We prioritize the least invasive, most effective intervention — escalating only when conservative approaches have been exhausted.
Chronic pain affects sleep, mood, relationships, and livelihood. We address the full impact — physical, psychological, and social.
Our multidisciplinary team collaborates actively — pain specialists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and psychologists working together for your recovery.

Four principles guide every interaction, every decision, and every treatment we provide.
We listen deeply, treat with empathy, and honour the courage it takes to seek help for chronic pain. Every patient is treated with dignity and respect.
We hold ourselves to the highest clinical and professional standards — in our training, our techniques, and the outcomes we pursue for every patient.
We embrace emerging therapies and technology — from cryoneurolysis to spinal cord stimulation — to offer our patients every evidence-backed option available.
Pain is rarely one-dimensional. We work as a unified team — across specialties and alongside referring physicians — to deliver seamless, coordinated care.
